PROCESS OF MAKING : 

1. SABSE PAHLE CARROT KA CHILKA UTAR LENGE, PHIR CARROT KO GRADER  KI MADAD SE GRADE KER LEENGE , PHIR EAK PAN LENGE , USME BUTTER DAAL KE USME GRADE KIYA HUA CARROT , SUGAR , AUR HONEY DAAL KE PURA COOK KARENGE JAB TAK EAKDAM PASTE NA HO JAYE  

2. AB  STAND MIXER ME SUGAR AUR BUTTER KO WISK  KA USE KERKE ACCHI TARAH MIX KARENGE , JAB TAK SUGAR MELT NA HO JAYE . 

3.AB EGG KO ONE BY ONE KERKE DALENGE , JAB SARA EGG MIX HO JAYE TAB  FLOUR , BAKING SODA,  BUTTER MILK, CARROT  FILLING DAALKER NORMAL SPEED PE MIX KARENGE .

4. BATTER KO BAHUT JAYADA MIX NA KARE, AB BATTER KO MOULDS ME DAALKER 170 DEGREE PE 20 SE 25 MINUTES BAKE KRE .
