PROCESS OF MAKING : 

1. SABSE PAHLE STAND MIXER ME SUGAR AUR BUTTER KO WISK  KA USE KERKE ACCHI TARAH MIX KARENGE , JAB TAK SUGAR MELT NA HO JAYE . 

2.AB EGG KO ONE BY ONE KERKE DALENGE , JAB SARA EGG MIX HO JAYE TAB  FLOUR , BAKING SODA,  BUTTER MILK, CHOCOLATE MELTED GANACHE  DAALKER NORMAL SPEED PE MIX KARENGE .

3. BATTER KO BAHUT JAYADA MIX NA KARE, AB BATTER KO MOULDS ME DAALKER 170 DEGREE PE 15 SE 20 MINUTES BAKE KRE .

4. AB BAKE HONE KE BAAD CAKE KO COOL HONE KE BAAD DEMOLD KARE , AUR  CHOCOLATE GANACHE SPREAD KERKE SERVE KARE .
