INGRADIENTS:

DRY CHILLI:100GM

VEGETABLE OIL:50 ML  

CHOPPED GAERLIC:100GM

CHOPPED GINGER:100 GM

CHOPPED CELERY:80GM

CHOPPED CORIENDER LEAVES:50GM

TOMATO KETCHUP:60GM

RED CHILLI SAUCE:60GM

SOYA SAUCE: 1TSP

BLACK PEPPER POWDER:10GM

AROMAT POWDER: 10GM

SUGAR: 2 TSP

AJINOMOTO:AS TASTE

SALT : AS TASTE

VINEGAR: FEW DROPS 

PROCESS OF MAKING:

1.SABSE PAHLE MIRCHA KO PANI ME BHEEGA KE MIXER ME BLEND KERKE PASTE BANA LENGE.

2. AB EAK PAN ME OIL, CHOPPED GINGER , CHOPPED GARLIC, CELERY AND CORIENDER LEAVES  DAAL KE 4 SE 5 MINUTES TAK HIGH FLAME PE COOK KARE .

3. AB ESME LAAL MIRCHA KA PASTE DAAL KE 10 SE 12 MINUTES TAK PAKAYE.

4.AB ESME TOMATO KETCHUP, RED CHILLI SAUCE SOYA SAUCE , BLACK PEPPER POWDER, AROMAT POWDER,SUGAR, AJINOMOTO DAALKER 10 SE 15 MINUTES COOK KARE , AB ESKO GLASS JAR ME RAKH KR SERVE KARE .
