CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

INGRADIENTS: 

PEANUT BUTTER : 250 GM 

UNSALTED BUTTER: 220 GM 

CASTER SUGAR : 200 GM

VANILLA ESSENCE:1 TSP 

EGG:2 NOS

FLOUR: 350 GM

BAKING SODA: 1 TSP

CORN STARCH:14 GM 

SALT: 1 PINCH 

CHOCO CHIPS: 200 GM

PROCESS OF MAKING : 

1. FIRST WE TAKE 20 LARGE TSP OF PEANUT   ONTO  A LINED SHEET , AND FREZE FOR 1.2 HOURS 

2. NOW IN BOWL TAKE BUTTER ,  SUGAR AND VANILLA ESSENCE  MIX USING PADDEL AT MEDIUM SPEED , THEN ADD EGG ONE BY ONE.

3. NOW ADD FLOUR , SALT , BAKING SODA ,  CORN STARCH  AND  MIX WELL. AT LAST ADD CHOCO CHIPS JUST MIX ONLY …..DO NOT OVERMIX THE DOUGH .

4. NOW TAKE  25 GM OF DOUGH MAKE IT ROUND THEN MAKE FLATTEN INTO A CIRCLE AND PLACE A FROZEN PEANUT BUTTEER  SCOOP IN THE CENTER , AND FOLD THE EDGES OF THE DOUGH AROUND THE STUFFING .AND AGAIN ROLL INTO A BALL. MAKE ALL USING SAME PROCESS.

5. NOW REFRIGATE  FOR 1.2 HOURS AND BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 180 DEGREE CELCIUS FOR 12 TO 15 MINUTES.

6: COOL DOWN FOR 30 MINUTES ON THE BAKING SHEET .
