Vanilla egg sponge 


Ingredients:- 

Egg white :-         6 Nos 

Egg yolk:-             6 Nos

Salt:-                      1 pinch 

Sugar:-                  195 gm 

Flour:-                    180 gm 

Oil:-                        60 gm 

Milk:-                     60 ml 

Vanilla essence:- 1Tsp

Process of making:- 

1:- Beat egg white and wisk  egg yolk seperately.

2:- Add sugar little by little in egg whites and beat untill like meringue.

3:- Now add flour and mix well with wisk.

4:- Now add egg yolk and mix well with spetula.

5:- Now add milk and oil and mix well 

6:- Bake in preheated oven at 170⁰c for 25-30 minutes.
