Chocolate fudge cake 

Recipe:- 

Cake flour:-                    400 gm 

Castor sugar:-                600 gm 

Coco Powder:-                120 gm 

Baking soda:-                  10 gm 

Salt:-                                  5 gm 

Cold Dice butter:-            240 gm 

Expresso coffee:-            250 ml 

Milk:-                                 250 ml 

Vanilla essence:-              10 ml 

Egg mixed:-                       200 ml 

For fudge frosting:-          

Chocolate:-                         700 gm

Whip  cream:-                   900 gm

Sour cream:-                     250 gm 

Vanilla essence:-               5 ml

Salt:-                                    2 pinch

Process of making:- 

1:- First in a bowl take cake flour, Coco Powder, baking soda and seive several times and putI In stand mixer attached with paddle and mix 

2:- Now add sugar salt and cold Dice  butter and mix at high speed.

3:- Now mix milk and expresso coffee, put in mixer and mix well.

4:- At last add egg little by little and make smooth batter.

5:- Now pour the Battar in greased mold with butterpaper and bake in preheated oven at 175⁰c for 35 minutes. Demold the sponge after 20 minutes of baking , and cool completely.

For fudge frosting:- 

6:- First in a bowl, boil whip cream at medium flame, when start boiling, make flame off and add chopped chocolate give some rest, add sour cream, vanilla essence and salt. With help of wiss mix well and seive.

7:- Now layer the cake and frosting with fudge chocolate ganache in your desire shape.
