PISTACHIO BISCOTTI 


Recipe


Flour:-           130 gm 

Butter:-          27 gm 

Castor sugar:-  50 gm 

Baking powder :- ½ tsp

Egg yolk:-       1 pcs 

Egg white:-      15 gm 

Pistachio:-       finely chopped 70 gm. 

Lemon zeast:-  of one lemon

Process of making:- 

Step1:- First beat butter sugar and lemon zeast in a bowl until become fluffy.

Step2:- Now add flour , baking powder , egg yolk , egg white and pistachio and mix well and make a soft dough.

Step3:- Now divide the dough into 2 pieces. And make a shape like sausage 6 inch long.

Step4:- keep in clean greased tray using baking sheet. 

Step5:- Bake in preheated oven at 160⁰c for 20 minutes. After baking remove it from oven make it cool and cut into ½ inch thick slices and again put into tray and again bake at 150 for ten minutes untill become crisp .

Step6:- After bake put for cool. And keep in closed box.
