Soboro bread eak prakar ka sweet bread hai, jisko soboro bread , soboro pastry , soboro bun ke naame se jana jata hai . Soboro bread me two layers hote hai first layer me bread bunn rahta hai aur second me streusel crumbs lagaya jata hai.
Soboro bread Korea ka bahut famous bread hai. Soboro bun ka eak layer crispy hota hai hai to dusra layaer naram hota hai. Soboro bread banane ke liye flour , sugar , salt , yeast , milk , butter , peanut butter , baking powder ka use kiya jata hai . Soboro eak japanese word hai jo soboro bun ke upper ke topping ko dersata hai . Jo ki peanut butter bahut saare ingredients ko milaker banaya jata hai.

Ingredients:- flour , sugar , salt , yeast , milk , butter , peanut butter , baking powder.
Recipe:-
• For bread dough
Flour:- 60 gm
Milk:- 300 gm
Yeast:- 13 gm
Sugar:- 100gm
Salt:- 12 gm
Eggs:- 2 nos
Butter:- 100 gm
• For streusel crumbs
Flour:- 200 gm
Butter:- 100gm
Peanut butter:- 40gm
Sugar:- 125 gm
Salt:- 1pinch
Baking powder:- 1/2 tsp
Eggs:- 25 gm
Process of making: In English
•For streusel crumbs
Step1:- First in a bowl take butter , peanut butter, castor sugar and salt and mix well. Then add egg and mix , now add flour , baking powder and mix and keep the dough in a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
• For bread dough
Step2:- Now in a bowl take milk , yeast , sugar , salt , egg and mix well.
Step3:- Now by adding flour in milk mix mix the Dough and add butter and , knead dough until become smooth and elastic.
Step4:- Keep the dough in Greased bowl until become double in size.
Step5:- When dough become double in size put out on surface area and knead , and divide in equal weight , then make a shape like a bun.
Step6:- Now remove streusel from refrigerator and make crumbs.
Step7:- now put the bun in water and apply streusel crumbs on it and press with hand to apply streusel crumbs. And keep it in Greased tray for proffing
Step8:- when bun proffed bake it in preheated oven at 190⁰c for 15-20 minutes.

• For streusel crumbs
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl me butter , peanut butter , castor sugar , aur salt leke acchi tarah mix karenge . Ab mix hone ke baad esme egg daalke mix kerenge , Ab phir esme flour , baking powder daal ke mix ker le , aur phir bowl me rakh ke kam se kam 2 hours refrigerator kare.
• for bread dough
Step2:- Ab eak bowl lenge , phir usme milk , yeast , sugar, salt , egg daalke acchi tarah mix ker lenge.
Step3:- Ab bowl me flour daalke dough ki kneading karenge phir usme butter mix karenge aur dough ko smooth hone tak kneading karenge.
Step4:- Ab dough ko Greased kiye huye bowl me wrap ker ke double size ka hone tak rakhe.
Step5:- Jab dough double size ka ho jaye to usko surface area me nikal ke thoda knead ker le , ab dough ko equal weight me divide ker le , phir bun jaisa shape dekar greased baking tray me rakhe.
Step6:- Ab streusel dough ko nikal ke crumbs bana le .
Step7:- Ab bun ke neeche na hissa pakad ker ,usko pani me daale phir streusel crumbs me daalker thoda shape shai kerke tray me rakhe , phir ab bun ko proofing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step8:- Ab preheated oven me 190⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.
