Macaron cookies ke jaise dikhne wala confectionery food hai, cookies ke mukable Macaron se jayada calories milti hai, Macaron ke beech me filling ke liye kai flavour ke ganache ka use kiya jata hai, Macaron ko banane ke liye egg white, almond flour, icing sugar, castor sugar ka use kiya jata hai.

Baking Heat + Timing:- 325⁰F, 160⁰c( 10-15 minutes) , 100⁰c ( 60 minutes).
Ingredients:- Milk , protein powder , almond flour , Icing sugar.
 
Recipe:-

Milk:-                        155gm
Protein Powder:-     90 gm
Almond flour:-         175 gm
Icing sugar:-             400 gm
 
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle milk aur protein powder ko eak bowl me lenge aur dono ko acchi tarah mix karenge.
Step2:-Ab bowl me Almond flour aur icing sugar lenge phir esko stainer ki madad se chan lenge.
Step3:- Ab bowl me milk daalke spetula se mix karenge jab tak stiffly peak form me na aa jata, Ager colour daalna chahte hai to gel colour daale.
Step4:- Ab batter ko piping bag me bhar ke silicon mat pe piping kare, aur piping kerne ke baad kam se kam 50 minutes tak rest de.
Step5:- Preheated oven me 160⁰c pe 12-15 minutes pakaye ya 100⁰c pe 60 minutes pakaye.
 
Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First in a bowl take milk and protein powder and mix well for 3 minutes.
Step2:- In second bowl take almond flour and icing sugar and stain .
Step3:- Now add milk in bowl and mix well with spetula and mix until become stiffly peak form. Add gel colour if needed.
Step4:- Now fill the batter in piping bag and pipe on Macaron silicon , and rest upto 50 minutes.
Step5:- Bake in preheated oven at 160⁰c for 12-15 minutes and at 100⁰c for 60 minutes
