Ingredients:- Egg white , coconut powder , sugar .
Recipe:-
Egg white:- 100gm
Coconut powder:- 100gm
Castor sugar:- 200gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl le phir usme egg white aur sugar dale aur acchi tarah mix kare.
Step2:- Jab sugar acchi tarah mix ho jaye to usme coconut powder daalke acchi tarah mix kare.
Step3:- Ab eak pan le phir usme batter ko daalke normal heat pe rakhe, aur chalate rahe , jab tak batter thoda kadak n jata.
Step4:- Ab batter ko piping bag me bada nosel laga ke bhare . Phir baking tray me baking sheet pe piping kare.
Step5:- Ab preheated oven me 110⁰c pe 35-40 minutes tak bake kare jab tak thoda brown colour na aa raha jata. Phir oven se nikal ke thanda kare aur serve kare.

Step1:- First take eggs white and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
Step2:- when sugar mix well in egg white then add coconut powder and mix well.
Step3:- Now keep the batter bowl on normal heat and wisk untill batter become hard .
Step4:- Now put the baatter in pippng ba and pip .
Step5:- Bake in preheated oven at 179 for 35-40 minutes untill become brown…
