About Oats  Bread

Bread eak prakar ka stable bread hota hai jo flour, water, oil , yeast , salt , sugar , ko milaker banaya jata hai. Bread eak prakar ka bahut prachin food hai. Bread ko alag alag desho me alag tarah se banaya jata hai, Bread ko spicy aur sweety banaya jata hai . Kuch breads ko bahut hard to kai breads ko bahut soft banaya jata hai. Oats bread bahut he accha mana jata hai knane ke liye, Oats body ke liye bahut he labhkari hota hai. Oats  me sabhi tarah ke nutrients paye jate hai, Oats bread honey ke sath khane me bahut tasty hota hai. Oats bread ka usually breakfast me liya jata hai.

Baking timing:- 25-30 minutes

Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Ingredients:- Flour , yeast , sugar , salt , gluten , Improver , oil , oats , water , milk powder.

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                    1 kg

Yeast:-                     25-30 gm

Sugar:-                    30 gm

Salt:-                        20 gm

Gluten:-                   10gm

Improver:-              10gm

Oil:-                           50 ml

Oats:-                        100gm

Water:-                     500-550 gm

Milk powder:-         50 gm

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle flour , sugar , salt , yeast , gluten , oats , Improver , milk powder , ko eak bowl me lenge

Step2:- phir bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker kneading karenge, phir oil add karenge , phir dough ko eakdam smooth hone tak kneading karenge.

Step3:- Jab dough acchi tarah kneading ho jaye to machine se nikal le , aur dough ko mold ke capacity ke anusam weight ka cut kare.

Step4:- Ab divide dough ko load ka shape de , phir greadsed kiye huye loaf mold me daale, aur thoda sa uspe water spray marke otas daale.phir proofing hone ke liye chod de.

Step5:- Jab bread proff ho jaye to preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 25-30 minutes bake kare.


 Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First take flour , sugar , salt , yeast , gluten, Improver , oats , milk powder in a bowl.

Step2:- By adding water in bowl or in spiral mixer knead the dough and add oil and knead dough untill become smooth and elastic.

Step3:- when dough become smooth , then take dough out from machine and give Dough some rest.

Step4:- Now make the loaf shape and put in Greased loaf tray.Spray some water on bread and spread some oats seeds .and keep it for proffing.

Step5:- When bread become proffed then bake it at 200⁰c for 25-30 minutes
