Bread eak prakar ka stable bread hota hai jo flour, water, oil , yeast , salt , sugar , ko milaker banaya jata hai. Bread eak prakar ka bahut prachin food hai. Bread ko alag alag desho me alag tarah se banaya jata hai, Bread ko spicy aur sweety banaya jata hai . Kuch breads ko bahut hard to kai breads ko bahut soft banaya jata hai. Portuguese bread khane me bahut alag lagta hai kyuki Portuguese bread me milk ki bharpur matra hoti hai aur esme lemon orange , vanilla essence dalne se taste aur badh jata hai , Portuguese milk bread bahut he soft aur naram hota hai.

Ingredients:- Flour , yeast, sugar , salt , gluten , Improver , butter , oil , vanilla essence , lemon essence , orange essence milk powder , milk.
Recipe:-
Flour:- 1kg
Yeast:- 30 gm
Sugar:- 100gm
Salt:- 20 gm
Gluten:- 10gm
Improver:- 10 gm
Butter:- 50 gm
Oil:- 100 gm
Vanilla essence:- 5gm
Lemon essence:- 5gm
Orange essence:- 5gm
Milk powder:- 40 gm
Milk:- 530-545
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle flour , sugar , salt , yeast , gluten, Improver, butter , milk powder , ko eak bowl me lenge.
Step2:- Phir bowl me milk daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker kneading karenge.
Step3:-Dough kneading kerte samay vanilla essence , lemon essence , orange essence oil daal lenge , aur dough ko smooth hone tak kneading karenge.
Step4:- Ab dough ko mixer se nikal ke thoda rest denge .
Step5:- Ab dough ko apne anusar weight me divide ker denge aur dough ko shape deke Greased kiye huye tray me rakhenge . Aur proffing hone ke liye rakh denge. Proffing hone ke baad uspe blade se cut mare.
Step6:- Ab proff huye dough ko preheated oven me 200⁰c pe bake kare

Step 1:- First take flour , sugar , salt , yeast , gluten, Improver, butter , milk powder in a bowl.
Step2:- By adding milk knead in bowl or in spiral mixer, add vanilla essence,lemon essence , orange essence , and knead until dough become smooth and elastic.
Step3:- Now remove the dough from mixer and keep on table and give dough some rest .
Step4:- Now divide the dough according to your size and weight and gave the dough a shape and keep in Greased tray and keep it for proffing. After proffing cut mark the dough .
Step5:- Now bake proffed dough in preheated oven at 200⁰c.
