About Bread stick

Bread stick pen ke size ka dikhne wala kadak , sukha bread hai. Bread stick ko grissini , grissino ,aur dipping ke name se bhi jana jata hai. Bread stick Itly ka bana bread hai, jisko ab puri duniya me banaya jata hai. Bread stick 1643 me pahli baar banaya gya tha. Bread stick aisa food hai jo easily digest ho jata hai . Restaurant , cafe , hotels me bread stick coffee , soup ke sath diya jata hai. Kuch country me Bread stick pencil se bhi bada banaya jata hai. Bread stick banane ke liye flour , sugar , salt ,yeast , butter , water , olives oil , chilly flex , cumin dalal jata hai.

Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes

Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Ingredients:- Flour , sugar , salt , butter , yeast , olive oil ,water, (Rosemary , chilli flakes , cumin etc optional.

Recipe:- 

Flour-                       1kg

Sugar:-                      20gm

Salt:-                          20gm

Yeast:-                       10 gm

Olive oil:-                  50 gm

Butter:-                      50 gm

Water:-                      400-450ml

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl me flour , sugar , rosemary , salt , butter , yeast lenge 

Step2:- Phir bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker dough ki kneading karenge phir olive oil add karenge . Aur dough ko eakdam soft hone tak kneading karenge

Step3:- Jab dough kneading ho jaye to dough ko 18-20 gm tak ka divide ker cut ker le.

Step4:- Ab dough ko tray size ke according patla stick jaisa banaye , aur beech me gapping rakhe.

Step5:- Ab breadsticks pe olive oil ka brushwash kare , phir uspe seasalt dale , aur thoda proffing hone ke liye rakhe.

Step6:- Preheated  oven me 200⁰c pe bake kare jab tak breadsticks golden brown aur crispy nhi ho jata .

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First take flour , sugar , salt , Rosemary , butter yeast in a bowl.

Step2:- Put the dough in spiral mixer or by adding water in bowl knead the dough add olive oil and knead the dough untill become smooth.

Step3:- Now cut the dough 17-20 gm .

Step4:- Now give the dough to a stick shape. And keep gapping between 2 breadsticks.

Step5:- Now brushwash with olive oil and spread sea salt and keep for some time proffing.

Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 200⁰ for 15-20 minutes.
