Ciabatta eak Italian bread hai ,jo flour , salt , yeast , water , olive oil banaya jata hai. Ciabatta bread 1982 me Verona, Veneto, Itly ke eak bakery me taiyar kiya gya tha. Ciabatta ko flat aakar ka banaya jata hai , ciabatta aur french baguette logbhag eak jaise he banaye jate hai , bas dono ka shape thoda alag rahta hai .
Ciabatta ko Arnaldo Cavallari dawara banaya gya tha, ciabatta ki recipe taiyar kerne me kai hapto ka samay laga tha , jab jake perfect banaya ja saka tha. Savi regions me ab apna alag alag recipe hota hai , ciabatta bhi baguette ke jaisa crust crispy hota hai. Ciabatta 1985 me Marks Spencer ke dawara United States me pahli baar mangwaya gya tha.

Ingredients:- Flour , yeast , salt , gluten, water , starter , sugar , olive oil.
Recipe1:-
Flour:- 700 gm
Starter:- 300 gm
Yeast:- 15 gm
Salt:- 20 gm
Gluten:- 10 gm
Sugar:- 05gm
Olive oil:- 40ml
Water:- 400- 450 ml

Flour:- 500 gm
Starter:- 500 gm
Gluten:- 10 gm
Improver:- 10 gm
Salt:- 10 gm
Yeast:- 15 gm
Olive oil:- 50 gm
Water:- 400-450 gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl lenge usme flour , yeast , salt, gluten , Improver , starter , lenge phir usko pani ke sath bowl me ya spiral mixer me daalke kneading karenge.
Step2:- Jab dough mix ho jaye to usme olive oil daal ke mix karenge, aur dough ko eakdam smooth hone tak kneading karenge , ciabatta ka dough bahut geela hota hai.
Step3:- Ab dough ko table pe thoda time rest denge.
Step4:- Ab dough ko apne hisab se cut ker lenge, aur flat rectangular shape de ya dough ko table pe pura beecha ker hath se daba ke rectangular shape me cut ker le . Aur tray me proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step5:- Jab ciabatta proff ho jaye to uske uper stainer se flour dust karenge.
Step6:- Preheated oven me 250⁰c pe 10-15 minutes steam ke sath pakayenge
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First we take flour ,yeast, salt, gluten , Improver , starter in bowl.
Step2:- By adding water start to kneading in bowl or in spiral mixer , add olive oil and knead dough untill become smooth .
Step3:- Keep dough rest for few minutes.
Step4:- cut the dough according to your weight and give a square shape, or put the dough on table by your hand make a sheet and cut the sheet with square cutter . And keep in tray for proffing.
Step5:- After proffing stain some flour on it .
Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 250⁰c with steam.
