About Barbari bread
Barbari eak Iranian flatbread hai . Yeah sabse patla flatbread mana jata hai . Aur esko United States aur Canada me Persian flatbread ke name se bhi jana jata hai. Barbari bread ko lamba flat shape me banaya jata hai. Barbari bread me seeds ka kafi matra hoti hai. Barbari bread me olive oil ka use kiya jata hai. Bake kerne se pahle espe glaze mara jata hai.
Barbari ko banane ke liye flour , sugar , salt , yeast , olive oil , water aur seeds ka use kiya jata hai. Barbari bread ko 80cm lamba aur 25 cm tak chauda banaya jata hai. Yeah Iran ka famous bread hai . Jisko restaurant me cheese ke sath khaya jata hai. Barbari bread pahli baar hazaras me banaya gya tha.

Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:- Flour , yeast ,sugar , salt , olive oil , water.
Recipe:-
• For bread dough
Flour:- 500gm
Yeast:- 12 gm
Sugar:- 15 gm
Salt:- 10gm
Olive oil:- 25 ml
Water:- 350 gm
• For Glaze
Flour:- 15 gm
Water:- 50 gm
Process of making:- In English
• For bread dough
Step1:- First take warm water in a bowl and add yeast , sugar , salt and mix well.
Step2:- Now take flour in a bowl add add water mixture and olive oil mix well and knead the dough until become soft and smooth, then keep the dough in Greased bowl until become double in size.
• For Glaze
Step3:- Now take a pan and keep on medium flame and add water and flour and cook until become thickened.
Step4:- Now remove the dough from bowl and and make 80 cm long and 25 cm wide flat shape, and make a lining mark with finger
Step5:- Now spread some bran seed in tray and then keep the dough in tray , and coat the galze on dough , and spread sesame and Nigella seed on it. And keep it for proffing
Step6:- When dough proffed bake in preheated oven at 190⁰c for 15-20 minutes.

• For bread dough
Step1:- Sabse pahle warm water me yeast , sugar , salt, daalke acchi tarah mix ker lenge .
Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour lenge , phir usme water aur olive oil daalke dough ko kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye. Phir dough ko Greased kiye huye bowl me double size ka hone tak rakhe
• For Glaze
Step3:- Ab eak pan lenge , phir usko medium heat pe rakhnge , phir usme flour , water daalke thickened hone tak pakaye.
Step4:- Ab dough ko bowl se nikal ke , dough ko 80 cm lamba aur 25 cm tak chauda flate shape denge , phir finger se lining mark banayenge
Step5:- Ab Greased tray me bran seed daalke bread ko tray me rakhenge , phir dough pe glaze marenge phir sesame seed aur Nigella seed uper daalenge , phir proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step6:- Jab dough proffed ho jaye to preheated oven me 190⁰c pe minutes Bake karenge.
