Chocolate chip cookies

Unsalted butter:-                    230 gm 

Castor sugar:-                          200 gm 

Brown sugar:-                          200 gm 

Egg:-                                          2 Nos 

Vanilla essence:-                      2 Tsp 

Flour:-                                       370 gm 

Corn flour:-                               15 gm 

Baking soda:-                           ½ Tsp 

Salt:-                                           5gm 

Chocolate chip:-                      500 

Process of making:- 

1:- In bowl bowl take unsalted butter and sugar and mix well.

2:- Add vanilla essence little by little and mix untill suger dissolve, and add vanilla y.

3:- Now add flour , corn flour , baking soda , salt  and choco chips and mix well.

4:- Now make shape like ball and keep in Clean tray.

5:- Refrigrate for 30 minutes.

6:- Bake in preheated oven at 165⁰c for 15 to 18 minutes.
