About mousse

Mousse eak halka , foam ki tarah, bulbulo se bhara eak prakar ka food haii.Mousse ko log khane ke baad serve kerte haii.Mouse bahut se prakar ka banaya jata hai, jiska process lagbhag lagbhag eak jaisa he hota thoda thoda anter hota hai..
Mousse ko bahut gaadha ya bahut halka dono kaise banaya jata hai, Eak mousse khatta ya meetha ho sakta hai..
Mousse France ka bana hua dish hai , jisko ab her jagah banaya jata hai aur log esko bahut pasand bhi kerte hai, mousse dessert ke shrenee me aata hai, mousse ko decoration sajane ke liye tarah tarah ki cheezo ka upyog kiya jata hai jaise fruits, chocolate, coco powder, cherry, dates etc.

Preparation time:- 15-20 minutes
Ingredients:- Dark chocolate , whip cream
Recipe:- 
Dark chocolate:-         300-350
Whip cream:-              400-450 gm
Process of making :– In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle chocolate ko microwave oven ki madad se melt ker lenge .
Step2:- Phir whip cream ko bhi microwave ki madad se liquid kare aur use acche se plate knife se chalate rahe.
Step3:- Ab liquid chocolate me melted whip cream dalenge aur acchi tarah mix kare .
Step4:- Ab is batter ko mousse cup mold me bharenge bharne ke baad thoda time refrigerate karenge , phir uske uper chocolate flex dalenge .
Step5:- Last me flex ke uper coco powder aur icing sugar ka dust karenge .
Note:- Accha texture ke liye banane ke baad Atleast 1 hours refrigerator me rakhe.
Making process:- In English
Step1:- First melt chocolate with the help of microwave oven .
Step2:- Second make  whip cream in liquid form with the help of microwave oven.
Step3:- Now add whip cream in melted chocolate and mix well.
Step4:- Now fill the batter in mousse cup mold and refrigerate for few minutes and then put chocolate flex on top.
Step5:- Now dust coco powder and icing sugar on chocolate flex.
Note:- For good taste and nice texture keep the chocolate mousse in refrigerator for atleast one hours .
