CHOCOLATE NUTELLA MOLTEN LAVA CAKE

INGRADIENTS:

NUTELLA: 

BUTTER: 100 GM

DARK CHOCOLATE: 100 GM 

SUGAR: 70 GM 

SALT: 1 PINCH 

EGG: 2 NOS 

FLOUR: 20 GM 

PROCESS OF MAKING: 

1. TAKE ALUMINIUM MUFFINS MOLDS AND GREASED WITH BUTTER AND COAT WITH COCO POWDER .  AND  TAKE  MEDIUM  TSP OF NUTELLA  ON TO  A LINED SHEET , AND FREZE FOR 1.2 

2. FIRST IN A BOWL TAKE BUTTER , SUGAR, AND DARK CHOCOLATE , KEEP IT ON DOUBLE BOILER AND MELT IT COPLETELY . 

3: NOW ADD EGG ONE BY ONE AND MIX WELL AND NOW ADD FLOUR .

4. NOW FILL THE MOLD LESS THAN HALF AND THEN PUT  FROZEN NUTELLA AND AGAIN FILL THE MOLD .

5. NOW BAKE IN PREHEATED OVEN AT 200 DEREE CELCIUS FOR EXACT  8 MINUTES .

SERVE IT IMMEDIETLY
