About Begal

Begal
eak prakar ka bread hai jo Poland me pahli baar banaya gya tha. Begal
ko ring ke Aakar me banaya jata hai. Begal ko totally hath se he taiyar
kiya jata hai. Begal ko bake kerne ke liye sabse pahle begal ko boiled
water me fry kiya jata hai. Phir esko tray me rakhke pakaya jata hai.

Begal
ko toaste aur bina toaste kiye bhi khaya jata hai. Jewish community ke
dawara Bengals 1610 me Poland me mention kiya gya tha . America , Poland
, aur Jewish me begal bahut he famous hai. Begal ko bahut tariko se
banaya jata hai kuch log Bengals ko bina boiled water me fry kiye he
banaye hai. Begals ko lagbhag 1 minutes tak boiled water me fry kiya
jata hai.

Baking heat:- 200⁰c

Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour, salt , sugar ,olive oil , gluten , Improver , yeast , water .

Recipe:-

Flour:-                    500gm

Salt:-                       10 gm

Sugar:-                    30 gm

Olive oil:-                40 gm

Gluten:-                   5 gm

Improver:-              5 gm

Cinnemon powder:- 1.5tsp

Raisin:-                    110 gm

Yeast:-                      15 gm

Water:-                    300-320 gm at 100⁰c 


Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First take flour, sugar, salt, gluten, Improver, cinnamon powder, yeast in a bowl.

Step2:- By adding water in the bowl or in spiral mixer knead the dough add olive oil and knead the dough until become soft and smooth and then add raisin.

Step3:-When dough become smooth , keep the dough on the table and give some minute rest then divide the dough and give traditional shape , and keep it for proffing.

Step4:- when begal proff fry it In boiled water, and keep in tray.

Step5:- Bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 15-20 minutes

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl me flour , sugar , salt , gluten, Improver , cinnemon powder,  yeast lenge .

Step2:-
Ab bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker kneading karenge,
phir olive oil dalenge , aur dough ko eakdam soft hone tak kneading
karenge, phir usme raisin daal ke mix ker lenge.

Step3:- Jab
dough knead ho jaye to Dough ko thoda rest denge phir apne hisab se
dough ko equal size me devide karenge, phir Dough ko traditional begal ke jaisa
shape denge , phir proffing hone ko rakh denge .

Step4:- Jab begal proffing ho jaye to use boiled water me fry karenge.

Step5:- Ab water me fry kiye begal ko preheated oven me 200⁰ pe 15 -20 minutes tak bake kare.
