About Cuban Bread

Cuban Bread eak prakar ka white bread hai , jo ki dikhne me eakdam french baguette aur Italian bread jaisa dikhta hai , Lekin eake banane ke Ingredients french baguette aur Italian bread se thode alag hai. Cuban Bread banane me lard ka use kiya jiya hai ( Lard eak prakar ka fat hai). Cuban Bread ka use American cuisine me sandwich banane ke liye kiya jata hai. Cuban Bread ko Miami ke eak “La joven Francesca ” bakery me banaya gya tha , jo ki bread loaf ke liye famous bakery hai. Cuban Bread ko banane ke liye Flour , yeast ,water , salt , sugar , aur lard ka use kiya jata hai. Cuban Bread ko pakane ke liye steam ki zarurat hoti hai.

Baking temperature:- 250⁰c 08 min,  200⁰c 10-15 minutes 

Ingredients:- Flour , yeast ,water , salt , sugar , lard.

Recipe:-

Flour:-                  500 gm

Yeast:-                   14gm

Water:-                  280gm

Salt:-                       10gm

Sugar:-                   15gm

Lard:-                     30gm

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle yeast ko Water me daalke acchi tarah mix karenge.

Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour , salt , sugar , lard lenge , phir esme yeast mixed water daalke acchi tarah kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye.

Step3:- Ab dough ko Greased kiye huye bowl  me rakhker thoda rest denge.

Step4:- Ab Dough ko bowl se nikal lenge aur thoda knead ker lenge, ab dough ko apne hisab ke weight ke anusar divide ker de.

Step5:- Ab dough ko 10-12 inch lamba Cuban Bread ka traditional shape denge aur Greased kiye huye tray me proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.

Step6:- Jab dough proffing ho jaye to uske uper lamba cut ka mare.

Step7:- Preheated oven me steam ke sath 250⁰c pe 8 minutes bake kare phir 200 pe 15 minutes tak bake kary.

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First mix yeast in water.

Step2:- In a bowl take flour , salt , sugar , lard and by adding water knead the dough until become soft and smooth.

Step3:- Now put the dough in a greased bowl and give some rest.

Step4:- Now take dough out from bowl and punch , and cut according to your desire weight..

Step5:- Now make Cuban traditional shape upto 10-12 inch long, and keep it in Greased tray for proffing.

Step6:-  when bread proffed make a long cut on top by blade or sharp knife.

Step7:- Bake in preheated oven at 250⁰c for 8 minutes with steam, and 15-20 minutes at 200⁰c without steam.
