About English muffin

English muffin eak prakar ka bread hai, jisko United State aur Australia jaise desho me dopahar ke naste me liya jata hai . English muffin ko khane ke liye usko two layer me cutting kerke uspe butter laga ke toaste ya grill kiya jata hai , phir usme jam , pastry cream, honey aur bhi bahut sari cheeze daalke khaya jata hai. English muffin ko eggs , butter , aur milk se banaya jata hai jiske wajah se english muffins ka taste lajwab ho jata hai .

1820 ke pahle English muffin ko snacks ke roop me use kiya jata tha tha , aur us samay English muffin ko oven me nhi pakaya jata tha , 1820 ke baad English muffin ko oven me bhi pakaye jane laga aur esme bahut he tarah tarah ke fillings dalke serve kiya jane laga.

Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour , sugar , salt , yeast , egg, milk , unsalted butter.

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                      600 gm

Sugar:-                     30 gm

Yeast:-                      12 gm

Salt:-                         12 gm

Egg:-                          2 nos 

Milk:-                       250gm

Unsalted butter:-   30 gm

Rawa:-                      30 gm

Process of making :- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle milk me butter daalke boil karenge , aur phir milk ko thanda hone ke liye rakh denge.

Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour , sugar , salt ,yeast , rawa lenge phir usme butter wala milk daalke spiral mixer me  kneading karenge Ager spiral mixer na ho to hath se he kneading karenge. Dough ki kneading tab tak kare jab dough eakdam smooth na ho jata .

Step3:- Jab dough smooth ho jaye to usko table pe pe belker round cutter se cut ker lenge phir usko rawa me daalke nikal lenge , aur tray me daalke proffing hone ke liye rakh denge .

Step4:- Jab proffing ho jaye to preheated me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare .

Note :- Acchi quality ke liye English muffin ko overnight refrigerate kare .

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First boil milk by adding butter in milk.

Step2:-Now in a bowl take flour , sugar, salt , yeast ,rawa and by adding milk and egg knead dough with hand or by spiral mixer , and knead the dough untill become smooth and elasticity.

Step3:- Now put dough on table and roll , and. Cut with round cutter account to your size . And coat with rawa. And keep it at room temperature for proffing.

Step4:- After proffing bake the english muffins in 200⁰c.

Note :- For batter taste keep the English muffin in refrigerator and bake it next day.
