Hardtack eak prakar ka biscuit hai . Jo flour , water aur salt ko milaker banaya jata hai. Hardtack biscuit ko eak baar bana ke kafi lambe samay tak store kiya jata hai . Ingredients:- flour, water , salt.
Recipe:-
Flour:- 3 cup
Water:- 1 cup
Salt:; 1/2 TSP
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl me flour, salt lenge.
Step2:- Ab bowl me water daalker kneading karenge jab tak dough smooth na ho jaye.
Step3:- Ab dough ko patla roll karenge phir cookies cutter se cut ker lenge, aur uspe fork knife se uper whole ker denge.
Step4:- Ab cut kiye dough ko tray me rakhker preheated oven me 150⁰c pe 70-80 minutes bake karenge.
Note:- Bake hone ke baad biscuit ko thanda hone de , phir esko plastic bage ya glass jar me store kerke kafi labme samay tak serve kare.

Step1:- First take Flour , salt in a bowl.
Step2:- Now by adding water knead the dough until become soft and smooth.
Step3:- Now roll the dough and cut with round Cookies cutter , and make a hole on biscuit with fork knife.
Step4:- Now keep the biscuit in clean tray and bake at Preheated oven at 150⁰c for 70-80! minutes.
Note:- Store the hardtack biscuit in closed jar or plastic bag.
