How to make  khichdi

FOR 5,7 PERSON

Khichdi recipe:


FRESH GHEE : 4 SPOON

WHOLE CUMIN :1 SPOON 

CURRY  LEAVES: FEW LEAVES 

SLICED ONION: 3 NOS

GINGER GARLIC  PASTE: 2 SPOON 

SLICED TOMATO: 3 NOS 

SALT :ACCORDING TO TASTE

CARROT:-1 pcs

BEANS:-2-3 pcs 

POTATO:-1-2 pcs 

GREEN PEA:-100-200 gm 

LONG SLICE GREEN CHILLY:-10-15

BEETROOT:-100 gm 

Capsicum:- 1 pcs

Spanch:-100 gm 

Brocolli:-100 gm 

Turmeric powder:- 1 tsp

Coriander powder:- 2 tsp

Cumin powder:-2 tsp 

Red chilli powder:- 2 tsp

2 cups of saocked rice and lentils for 1 hours .

Garam masala:-2 tsp

Coriander leaves:-as required 

6 cups of water

Curd :- as required 


Process of making :- 


1:- sabse pahle eak pan ko medium flame me rakhenge phir us  me ghee , whole cumin  , curry leaves , sliced onion,sliced tomato ,  ginger garlic paste , salt  daal ke a 4-5 minutes tak medum heat pe cook karenge .


2:- Ab jitne bhi vegetables hai unko daal denge , phir turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder daal ke 8-10 minutes cook karenge . 


3:- Ab bheenga hua rice , pulse , garam masala , dhaniya patta , ko daal ke acche se mix kerke chawal ke hisab se Pani daal denge .

4:- Ab esko 30 minutes cook karenge 15 minutes high aur 15 minutes medium flame pe.


Serve hot with cold curd
