KINDER CHOCOLATE CAKE
To make a Kinder chocolate cake, you’ll need the following ingredients:
For the cake:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda

Process to make a Kinder chocolate cake:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk them together until well combined.
3. Add the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2 minutes until well combined.
4. Gradually add the boiling water to the batter while stirring continuously. The batter will be thin, but that’s okay.
5. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared cake pans.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 to 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.
7. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool in the pans for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
8. While the cakes are cooling, prepare the frosting. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
9. Gradually add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk, and vanilla extract to the butter. Beat the mixture on low speed until the ingredients are combined. Then increase the speed to medium-high and beat until the frosting is light and fluffy.
10. Once the cakes have completely cooled, place one cake layer on a serving plate. Spread a layer of frosting on top of the cake.
11. Place the second cake layer on top of the frosting and cover the entire cake with the remaining frosting. Use a spatula or a cake smoother to create a smooth finish.
12. Decorate the cake by placing chopped Kinder chocolate bars on top or around the edges of the cake.
13.Let the cake chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the frosting to set.
