Ladi pav eak prakar ka bread hai , jo Mumbai ( India) me bahut famous hai . Ladi pav ka use normally breakfast me use kiya jata hai. Lekin ladi pav ka name sunte mumbai ke famous voadapaw ki yaad aa jati hai. Jiske liye ladi pav famous hai. Ladi pav bahut samay se banta chala aa raha hai. Ladi pav sunhare colour ka ball shape me hota hai . Ladi pav banane ke liye flour, sugar , salt , gluten, Improver , yeast , oil water ka use kiya jata hai. Ladi pav ka taste aur breads se thoda meetha hota hai . Ladi pav ka use adiktar non veg foods ke sath kiya jata hai, jisko khana me bahut maza aaata hai.Ladi pav ko khane ke liye espe butter laga ke thoda toaste kiya jata hai.Ladi pav paaw bhaji ke sath bhi khaya jata hai. Eak baar ladi pav banake aap 3-4 din aasani se refrigerator me rakh sakte hai. Ladi pav aasani se market me mil jata hai.

Recipe:-
Flour:- 1kg
Sugar:- 50gm
Salt:- 20gm
Gluten:- 5gm
Improver:- 5gm
Yeast:- 25-30 gm
Butter:- 30gm
Oil:- 50 gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl me flour , sugar , salt , gluten , Improver , yeast , butter lenge .
Step2:- Ab bowl me liye ingredients ko spiral mixer me daalker ya bowl me he pani daalker kneading karenge, phir oil dalenge aur Dough eakdam smooth hone tak kneading karenge. Ladi pav ka dough thoda geela rahta hai.
Step3:- Ab dough jab acchi tarah kneading ho jaye to mixer se nikal ke thoda table pe rest de , phir Dough ko apne hisab ke weight me cut kare , waise ladipav ke eak pav ka weight 40-50 gm hota hai
Step4:- Ab cut kiye huye kiye pieces ko ball ke jaise gol kere aur greased kiye huye tray me thoda paas pass rakhe . Phir water spray marke , 45-50 minutes proffing ke liye rakhe..
Step5:- Jab pav double size ka ho jaye to preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.
Step6:- Bake hone ke baad oil brushwash kare taki pav eakdam soft rahe
Process of making :- In English
Step1:- First take flour , sugar , salt , gluten , Improver yeast butter in a bowl.
Step2:- Put the ingredients in spiral mixer or by adding water knead the dough in bowl add the oil and knead the dough until become smooth.
Step3:- When dough become smooth , then give the dough some rest , and and cut the pieces according to your desire weight, normally the weight of ladi pav 40-50 gm of one piece.
Step4:- Now give the shape like a ball and put in greased tray and and spray some water and keep 45-50 minutes for proffing.
Step5:- When dough proof , bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c.
Step6:- Oil wash the baked ladi pav bread to make it soft.
