Ingredients:- Flour , water , yeast , salt , sugar , olive oil , honey z seasame seeds , poppy seeds
Recipe:-
Flour:- 700 gm
Water:- 400-420 ml
Yeast:- 15 gm
Salt:-. 12 gm
Sugar:- 45gm
Olive oil:- 30 ml
Honey :- 20 ml
Sesame seeds., poopy seed.
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle Normal warm water me yeast ko daalker mila lenge .
Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour , sugar , salt ,olive oil , lenge phir usme water daalker kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye.
Step3:- Ab dough ko apne hisab se cut ker ke traditionally begal ka shape denge.
Step4:- Ab eak pan me water warm karenge aur usme honey mix karenge.
Step5:- Ab begals ko honey water me dono side se 45-45 sec boil karenge.
Step6:- Ab begals ko nikalker usme pura seasame aur poppy seeds lagayenge , phir ese tray me rakhker preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First mix yeast in normal warm water.
Step2:- In a bowl take flour , sugar , salt , olive oil and by adding water knead the dough until become soft and smooth.
Step3:- Now cut the dough and give traditionally begal shape.
Step4:- Now boil water water in a pan and add honey and mix well.
Step5:- Now fry the begals in warm honey water 45 sec from both side.
Step6:- Now put the begals in black white sesame, and poppy seeds and keep begal in clean tray and bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 15 – 20 minutes
