New York style begal United States ka bana eak prakar ka begal bread hai . New York style begal ko banane ke liye esko malt syrup ke sath boiling water me fry kiya jata hai , phir esko cold water me fry kiya jata hai , phir seeds lagake bake kiya jata hai. Waise sare begal ka taste bahut jayada difference nhi hota. Her country ka apna apna Recipe hota hai . New York style begal ka size aur motai normal begal se bahut jayada hota hai. Begals ke uper sesame seeds , poppy seeds , dried onion ka use kiya jata hai . Kuch desho me begals me cinnemon aur raisin ka use kiya jata hai. New York style begal ko garam garam butter cream ya cream cheese ke sath khaya jata hai.

Begal ko ring ke Aakar me banaya jata hai. Begal ko totally hath se
he taiyar kiya jata hai. Begal ko bake kerne ke liye sabse pahle begal
ko boiled   water me malt syrup daalke fry kiya jata hai. Phir esko tray me rakhke pakaya
jata hai.

New York style begal ko bina  toaste khaya jata hai.  . America , Poland , aur Jewish me begal bahut he famous hai. Begal
ko bahut tariko se banaya jata hai kuch log Bengals ko bina boiled water
me fry kiye he banate hai.

Frying time in boil water :- 45 sec

Frying time in cold water:- 35 sec

Baking temperature :- 200⁰c

Baking timing : 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour , water , yeast , Didactic malt , salt , poppy seeds , sesame seeds , garlic , onion 

Recipe for starter

Flour:-            250gm

Water:-          250 gm

Yeast:-            4 gm


Recipe for begal dough :- 

Flour:-            650 gm

Starter:-          280 gm

Yeast:-             12 gm

Didactic malt:- 5 gm

Salt:-                 15 gm

Malt syrup:-     2 TSP

Water:-             400-450 ml

Poppy seeds , sesame seeds , onion garlic etc


Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle starter banane ke liye  eak bowl me flour , water  , yeast lenge aur mix kerke , bowl ko wrap kerke 8 hours ke liye rakh denge.

Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour , starter , sugar , salt , yeast , Didactic malt  lenge phir usme Pani daalker dough ki kneading karenge jabtak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye.

Step3:- Ab dough ko cut ker ke traditionally begal ka shape denge.

Step4:- Ab water ko boil karenge aur usme malt syrup dalenge , phir boiling water me begal ko 45 second tak dono side se fry karenge .

Step5:- Ab begal ko boiling water se nikalker cool- ice water me 35 second tak rakhenge.

Step6:- Ab begal ko cold water se nikal ker seeds me dalenge aur seeds laga ke begal ko tray me rakhenge.

Step7:- Preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake karenge.


Process of making:- In English

Step1:-First we make starter , for making starter we take flour , water , yeast in a bowl , mix well and wrap the ball and keep for 8 hours.

Step2:- Now In a bowl take flour , starter , sugar , salt ,yeast , Didactic malt , and by adding water knead the dough until become soft and smooth

Step3:- Now cut the dough and make traditional shape of begal.

Step4:- Now boil water and add malt syrup  in water and fry the begal in boiling water from both side for 45 second.

Step5:- Now fry the begal in ice water  from both side for 25 second.

Step6:- Now put the begal in seeds and coat the begal with seed  and keep in Greased tray and bake it in preheated at 200⁰c for 15-20 minutes.
