About peanut butter Bun

Peanut butter Bun eak prakar ka sweet bread hai jo ki Hong Kong aur Chinatown ki bakery me aasani se mil jata hai. Peanut butter Bun me peanut butter ka layer hota hai. Extra taste ke liye peanut butter Bun bake hone ke baad uspe icing sugar dust kiya jata hai. Peanut butter Bun ko banane ke liye flour , sugar , salt , gluten , Improver , Yeast , butter , milk ka use kiya jata hai.Bun ko proffed hone ke baad aur bake hone se pahle us per eggwash ya sugar wash kiya jata hai. Jis se bun me finishing aur shining aati hai . Peanut butter Bun khane me bahut tasty hota hai.

Baking Timing:- 15-20 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour , sugar , salt , Gluten, Improver , yeast , butter , milk , peanut butter

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                     500 gm

Sugar:-                     40  gm       

Salt:-                        10gm

Gluten:-                   05gm

Improver:-              05 gm

Yeast:-                       12 gm

Butter:-                     50 gm

Milk:-                       250-300 gm

Egg:-                         1Nos ( optional)

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:-  Sabse pahle eak bowl me normal warm milk lenge, phir usme sugar , salt , butter , yeast , gluten, Improver daalke acchi tarah mix karenge.

Step2:- Jab sari cheeze milk me acchi tarah mix ho jaye to bowl me flour daalenge aur kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye.

Step3:- Ab dough ko divide ker lenge aur round kerke thoda rest denge .  Jab bun thoda proff ho jaye to bun ko punch kerke uspe peanut butter daale aur phir bun ko round kare aur Greased kiye huye mold me rakhe.

Step4:- Ab jab bun proffed ho jaye to uspe eggwash kare ya sugar wash kare.

Step5:- Ab bun ko preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare. 

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First we take normal warm milk in a bowl and then add sugar , salt , butter , yeast , gluten , Improver , and mix well.

Step2:- When all ingredients dissolved in milk then add flour and knead until dough become smooth and elastic.

Step3:- Now divide the dough and make a ball shape and give rest 5-10 minutes , then punch the dough and put peanut butter and again make a round ball shape, and keep in Greased tray.

Step4:- when bun proffed wash with egg or sugar water.

Step5:- Now bake the bun in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 15-20 minutes.
