Premix or concentrate which is best for soft spongy and fluffy cake?

Both are the best for making sponge ।।

In concentrate we can use sugar according to taste but in premix we can not ।

In concentrate mix we can do changes but in premix not ।।

I prefer to use concentrate for soft sponge ।।
