About Raisin cinnemon bun

Raisin bun eak prakar ka soft aur meetha bread hai , jisko khane pe cinnemon ka bhi sawad aata hai. Raisin bun ka upyog usually breakfast me kiya jata hai . Raisin bun ko banane me flour , sugar , salt , butter , yeast , gluten , Improver , oil , water ka upyog kiya jata hai. Raisin bun me pastry cream ya custard daal ke bhi khaya jata hai . Raisin bun me butter lagake toaste kerke coffee ya tea ke sath khane me bahut tasty lagta hai. Raisin bun me eggs , wiskey , hazelnut ka bhi use kiya jata hai .
Baking timing:- 15-20 minutes
Baking temperature:- 200⁰c
Ingredients:- flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder , gluten , Improver , yeast , butter , oil , milk powder , Raisin, water .
Recipe:- 
Flour:-                            1 kg
Sugar:-                           120 gm
Salt:-                               20 gm
Cinnemon powder:-    2tsp
Gluten:-                         7gm
Improver:-                    7 gm
Yeast:-                            25-30 gm
Butter:-                          50gm
Oil:-                                30 gm
Milk powder:-              50 gm
Raisin:-                           125 gm
Water:-                           500-550ml
 
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle Flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder , gluten , Improver , yeast , butter , milk powder , Raisin ko eak bowl me lenge.
Step2:- Phir bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker dough kneading karenge, phir oil add karenge , aur dough ko smooth hone tak kneading karenge.
Step3:- Jab acche se kneading ho jaye to dough ko table pe dale aur 70-80 size ka cut kare, aur cut kiye huye dough ko round ball jaisa banake greadsed kiye huye tray me rakhe, aur proffing hone ke liye rakh de.
Step4:- Jan bun proffed ho jaye to preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15- 20 minutes bake kare. Aur bake hone ke baad butter wash kare
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First take Flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder , gluten , Improver , yeast , butter , milk powder , Raisin in a bowl.
Step2:- By adding water in bowl or in spiral mixer knead the dough, add oil and knead the dough until become soft and smooth.
Step3:- When dough become smooth, take it out from mixer and keep on table , and cut the dough 70-80 gm . Make the dough like a round ball and keep in Greased tray and keep it for proffing.
Step4:- When bun proffed bake it in 200⁰c temperature and wash with butter.
