Britain me esko bake kerne ke baad eske upper icing sugar daala jata hai . Saffron Bun ko bahut sare traditional shape me banaya jata hai, reverse S shape eska eak example hai. Saffron Bun banane ke liye milk , saffron thread , flour , cordemon powder , Butter , yeast , sugar , salt , egg, sour cream , raisin , daal ke banaya jata hai.

Recipe:-
Milk:- 500 ml
Saffron thread:- 1tsp
Flour:- 1040 gm
Cordemon powder:- 10gm
Butter:- 100gm
Yeast:- 10gm
Sugar:- 120 gm
Salt:- 10gm
Egg:- 2Nos
Sour cream:- 120gm
Raisin:- 10gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle eak pan me milk ko thoda warm karenge fir usme saffron thread daalke mix karenge , phir pan ko flame se hata le , aur thoda thanda hone ke baad usme yeast daal ke mix ker le.
Step2:- Ab eak bowl me flour , cordemon powder , sugar , salt , egg , butter , sour cream , lenge.
Step3:- Ab bowl me milk daalke dough ko kneading karenge, jab tak dough smooth na ho jaye.
Step4:- Ab dough ko thoda rest denge , phir dough ko apne weight ke anusar divide ker lenge , aur traditional saffron Bun ka shape denge aur aur neeche raisin lagayenge. Aur Greased kiye huye tray me proffing hone ke liye rakhenge.
Step5:- Jab bun proffed ho jaye to uspe eggwash kare , aur preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-25 minutes bake kare.
Process of making :- In English
Step1:- First take a pan and warm milk on medium flame and add saffron thread and mix well , remove pan from flame . When milk become cool add yeast and mix well.
Step2:- Now , in a bowl take flour, cordemon powder , sugar , salt , egg , butter , sour cream .
Step3:- Now pour the milk in bowl and knead the dough until become soft and smooth.
Step4:- when Dough became soft and smooth give dough some rest, now cut the dough according to your desire weight , and give a saffron Bun traditional shape and keep it in Greased tray for proffing.
Step5:- When dough become proffed then brushwash with egg and bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 15-25 minutes.
