About silly Lunn bun

Silly Lunn bun England ka bana eak prakar ka sweet bread bun hai. Silly Lunn bun ka size normal bun se kafi bada hota hai . Silly Lunn bun ka taste lagbhag Brioche ke jaise he lagta hai khane pe. Silly Lunn bun England me 1780 me first time banaya gya tha . Silly Lunn bun pe butter lagake garam kerke khane me bahut tasty lagta hai.

Baking timing:- 20-30 minutes

Ingredients:- Milk, butter , sugar , flour , yeast , egg , salt , lemon zest.

Recipe:-

Milk:-                       275 ml

Butter:-                   80 gm

Sugar:-                    65 gm

Flour:-                     450 gm

Yeast:-                      7gm

Egg:-.                        2 Nos

Salt:-                         1/2 TSP

Lemon zest:-          1 lemon

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle 75 ml heat  milk me instant dry yeast daalker mix karenge.

Step2:- Ab 200 ml milk ko medium heat pe warm karenge aur usme butter aur sugar mix karenge .

Step3:- Ab eak bowl me flour , salt , egg , lemon zest , lenge , phir usme dono milk ko dalenge , phir dough ki kneading karenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye, phir dough ko Greased kiye huye tray me 30-40 minutes rest de.

Step4:- Jab dough double size ka ho jaye to usko phir se smooth hone tak kneading karenge.

Step5:- Ab dough ko 150 gm ya 300gm me cut karenge , phir usko round karenge aur tray me rakh kr , 50 minutes tak proffing hone denge .

Step6:- Jab dough proffing ho jaye to uspe eggwash kare aur phir preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 20-30 minutes bake kare.

 Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First in 75 ml warm milk add instant dry yeast and mix well.

Step2:- Now take 200 ml milk in a pan at medium heat and add butter and sugar and mix well.

Step3:- Now in a bowl take flour, salt , egg , lemon zest , and add both bowl of milk and start kneading dough , until become soft and smooth, then keep the dough in a greased bowl for 30-40 minutes.

Step4:- When dough proffed , again knead the dough until become soft and smooth.

Step5:- Now cut the dough 150, 300gm of size . Make dough linke a ball and keep in Greased tray for proffing for upto 50 minutes.

Step6:- when bun proffed , then wash with egg and bake in preheated oven temperature at 200⁰c for 20-30 minutes
