About Quiche

Quiche tart ke jaisa dikhne wala eak french savoury dish hai.Tart ka taste meetha hota hai ,lekin Quiche ka taste khatta meetha deno hota hai. Quiche ka tart banane  ke liye puff pastry sheet ka bhi use hota hai aur flour aur vanilla premix ko mix ker ke bhi banaya jata hai.

Quiche sabd pahli baar french me 1805 me aur Loren peto me 1605 me use kiya gya tha. Pahli angreji upyog 1925 me deez ki gye thi, eska thoda sambandh German kuchen se hai.

14 century me esko filling ke liye eggs aur pastry cream ka upyog kiya jata tha, us samaya egg aur cream me meat ya fish daal ke banaya jata tha.

Baking temperature for Quiche  tart without filling :- 180⁰c, 10-15 minutes.

Baking temperature of quiche  tart with filling :- 180⁰c, 15-20 minutes.

Ingredients:- Flour, vanilla premix, spanch, salt , milk , black pepper powder, red capsicum, yellow capsicum, onion  ,red chilly powder, origano, cheese , hubs.

Recipe for :- Quiche tart

Flour:-                                        200 gm 

Vanilla premix:-                      100gm

Milk:-                                         50- 100 ml

Recipe for:- White souce 

Butter:-                                      25gm

Milk:-                                         100ml

Flour:-                                       25gm

Chilli flakes:-                            1pinch 

Herbs:-                                       1pinch

Black paper:-                            1 pinch

Cheese:-                                      50gm

Salt:-                                           according to taste 

Recipe for:- filling

Onion                                       1nos

Garlic:-                                      2-3 cloves

Spanch:-                                   400 gm

Chilli flakes:-                            1 pinch 

Origano:-                                  1 pinch

Olive oil:-                                  1tsp

Process of making:-In Hindi

Step1:-  sabse pahle Quiche tart banayenge , Quiche tart ko banane ke liye flour aur vanilla premix ko milk ke sath kneading karenge ,dough ko thoda kadak rakhenge , jab dough smooth ho jaye to tart wale sache me roti jaisa belker daal ke tart bana le phir uske chana , ya matar daal ke preheated oven me 180⁰c pe 15 minutes tak bake kare. Bake hone ke baad chaana ,matar ko nikal ke Quiche tart ko demold ker de ya second round me bake kerne ke baad nikale.

Step2:- Ab onion, garlic aur spanch  ko cut ker de.

Step3:- Ab eak pan le aur use normal heat pe rakhe phir  usme butter aur olive oil dale phir onion daalke thoda fry kare phir usme spanch dale aur fast heat pe roast kare .

Step4:- Ab white souce banane ke liye eak pan le phir usme butter dale , phir usme flour daalke acche se mix kare phir usme milk dale , phir usme chilli flakes, herbs , black pepper , salt daale , last me grade kiya hua cheese daal ke mila le .

Step5:- Ab pake huye spanch ko white souce me daal ke acche se mix kare phir esko tart me bhar denge aur upper se proocess cheese dalenge .

Step6:- preheated oven me 180⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First we make quiche tart , for making quiche tart first we take flour and vanilla premix and making a hard Dough by adding milk, And with dough make a tart, fill the plane tat with gramnut and bake at 180⁰c for 15 minutes untill tart become golden, Remove the gramnut from tart and demoldquiche tart.

Step2:- Now cut onion and garlic and spanch in small dice.

Step3:- Now take a pan and keep at medium heat and put butter and olive oil, when butter melt add garlic onion and spanch and on medium heat roast all.

Step4:-For white souce  , we take a non stick pan on medium heat and add butter, when butter melt then add flour and mix fast , then add milk chilli flakes,herbs, black pepper,and at last add graded cheese and mix it properly.

 Step5:-Now mix brown vegetables in white souce and fill in quiche tart and spread some grade cheese  or process cheese.

Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 180⁰c for 10-15 minutes.
