About Tiramisu

 Tiramisu Itly me bana eak dessert hai , jisko coffee aur mascarpone cheese ko daalker banaya jata hai . Tiramisu cake aur dessert dono variety me banaya jata hai. Iski uttpatti aksar Italian kshetron Veneto aur phryoolee venziya giuliya ke beech biwadit hai.  

Tiramisu ka aviskar 1960 or 1970 ke dasak me kiya gya tha , lekin eski baad bhi eski uttpatti spast nhi hai , Tiramisu name 1960 ke pahle ki kitabo me Agayat hai. Tiramisu sabd 1980 me Itly aur 1982 english book me print hua tha , kuch logo ka mannna hai ki Tiramisu 1960 me Veneto dharma ke logo dawara banaya gya tha . United State me 1933 se tiramisu bahut pasand kiya jane laga tha.  

 Tiramisu ko original shape round hota hai, Aur esko round glasses me bhi banaya jata hai, Tiramisu me wine ka bhi use kiya jata hai aur bhi Rum jaise ki dark rum, madira, brandy, Malibu, Irish Cream, tia Maria and kahdva bhi dala jata hai , In cheezo ko tiramisu ko taste badhne me madad milti hai..    

Tiramisu cake baanane ke liye tiramisu sponge bhi banaya jata hai jo ki normal sponge se bahut alag rahta hai, Tiramisu sponge banane ke liye Flour , baking powder , Icing sugar , salt , , unsalted butter , eggwhite , milk  , vanilla essence , Almond extract  ,sour cream.

Baking timing :- 35-40 minutes

Ingredients:-Flour , baking powder , Icing sugar , salt , , unsalted butter ,
eggwhite , milk  , vanilla essence , Almond extract  ,sour cream.

Recipe:- 

Cake flour:-                  300 gm

Baking powder:-          1 TSP 

Icing sugar:-                 342 gm

Salt:-                              1tsp

Unsalted butter:-          176 gm

Egg white:-                     300gm

Milk:-                               240 ml

Vanilla:-                           2tsp

Almond extract:-            2tsp

Sour cream:-                   60 gm

 

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle Eak bowl me egg white lenge , phir usme milk aur vanilla essence aur coffee essence daalke acchi tarah mix karenge.

Step2:- Ab flour , baking powder , icing sugar , salt ko stand mixer me daalenge., Phir usme butter daalke medium speed pe mix karenge aur jab butter mix ho jaye to usme egg milk wala mixer ko thoda thoda kerke daale , ab mixer ko fast fast speed me kerke mix kare.

Step3:- Jab sab acche se mix ho jaye  aur batter taiyar ho jaye to butter paper lage huye greased tray me batter ko bhare.

Step4:- Preheated oven me 350 ⁰f pe 35-40 minutes bake kare.

 

 

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First take egg white, milk , vanilla essence , coffee essence in a bowl and mix well.

Step2:- Now take flour , baking powder , icing sugar ,  in stand mixer, and mix at medium speed by adding butter , when butter mix well then add egg mixer and mix at high speed.

Step3:- when batter become  ready pour in greased tray.

Step4:- Bake in preheated oven at 350⁰c for 30-40 minutes.
