Sugar :- 1 kg
Flour:- 1 kg
Coco powder:- 50 gm
Eggs:- 30nos
Mixed fruit:- 1200gm
Baking powder:- 25 gm
Caremal colour:- 100 ml
Rum essence:- 10 ml
Mix fruit jam:- 300 gm
Cashewnut:- 300gm
Cordemon powder:- 10gm
Cinnemon powder:- 10gm
Nutmeg powder:- 10gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- pahle planetary mixer me g.s.m margin aur sugar daalke beat karenge .
Step2:- Jab sugar mix ho jaye to egg ko one by one kerke mix karenge .
Step3:- Phir flour, coco powder, mixed fruit jam, baking powder, cordemon powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, ko daalker acche tarah medium speed pe beat ker lenge .
Step4:-Phir usme rum essence aur caremal colour mixedfruit ko daalker acchi tarah mix hone denge .
Step5:- Ab batter ready hone ke baad , batter ko round square mold me bharenge aur cashewnut uper se daalke garnishing karenge.
Step6:- Preheated oven me 170⁰c pe 30-35 minutes tak bake karenge , phir hot aur cold dono tarah se serve karenge .

Step1:- First put G.s.m margin and sugar in pleantry mixer and mix at medium speed.
Step2:- when suger dissolved in G.s.m then add egg one by one.
Step3:- Now add all dry ingredients flour, coco powder, mixed fruit jam, baking powder, cordemon powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and mix at medium speed.
Step4:- Now add rum essence, mixed fruit jam, caremal colour and mix well.
Step5:- Fill batter in round , square molds , and garnish with chopped cashewnut.
Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 170⁰c for 30-35 minutes.serve hot and cold…
