About focaccia Bread

Focaccia eak prakar ka Italian bread hai , jo tray me round , square shape me banaya jata hai. Focaccia ko normal khane ya sandwich banane me use kiya jata hai. Focaccia ko tasty banane ke liye focaccia me rosemary , olives slice, olive oil ko dala jata hai, 

Focaccia Bread ka taste normal breads se alag hota hai, focaccia Bread aur snakes dono category me aata hai . Focaccia ko prachin kaal se he flat shape me banaya ja raha hai. Focaccia me sea salt ya kosher salt ka use kiya jata hai. 

Focaccia me fresh aur dried dono tarah ke rosemary daale jate hai. Rosemary ka use  focaccia ke garnishing ke liye bhi kiya jata hai, rosemary ke sath sath garlic , tomato , basil, ka bhi use kiya jata hai .

 Baking temperature:- 200⁰c

Baking time:- 20-25 minutes

Ingredients:- Flour , olive oil , Yeast , salt, Gluten, Improver, starter, water , Rosemary, olives slice.

Recipe:- 

Flour:-                     1000gm

Starter:-                  250 gm

Yeast:-                     25gm

Salt:-                        20gm

Gluten:-                   05 gm

Improver:-              05 gm

Olive oil:-                50 ml

Water:-                    550-600 ml

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle eak bowl lenge usme flour,  yeast ,salt , rosemary, gluten,  Improver, starter lenge .

Step2:- Phir ab bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me pani daalker dough ki kneading karenge, phir usme olive oil daalenge , Ab Dough ko kneading karte rahenge jab tak dough eakdam smooth na ho jaye. Jab dough acche se kneading ho jaye aur usme elasticity aa jaye to dough ko mixer se nikal le , dhayan rahe ki focaccia ka dough bahut geela rahta hai.

Step3:- Ab Dough ko dhak ker thoda rest denge .

Step4:-Ab tray ko olives oil se greased ker lenge,  phir  dough ko tray ke anusar weight ka cut ker lenge ,Ab dough ko tray me daal ke faila de , jab Dough thoda prove ho jaye to dough ko acche se daba ke pura tray me faila de .

Step5:- Phir dough ko finger se thoda thoda daba de jaisa photo me diya gya hai , phir olive oil se wash kare ya hath se he olive oil faila de , phir rosemary , herbs, olives slice, galic, slice onion , capsicum etc daal ke phir se thoda daba de aur proofing ke liye rakh de .

Step6:- Ab proofing hone ke baad focaccia ko 200⁰c preheated oven me bake kare .

Step7:- Bake hoke niklne ke baad olive oil se brush mare .

Note :- Focaccia bread ka proyog sandwich banane , garlic banane me use kare 

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- first we take ingredients flour, yeast, salt , rosemary, gluten Improver and starter in a bowl.

Step2:- By adding water we knead the ingredients in bowl or in spiral mixer, add olive oil and keep kneading until dough become smooth and elastic, Focaccia dough remains very wet.

Step3:-Keep the dough in bowl and give some rest .

Step4:-Now grease your tray with olive oil, and cut the dough according to your tray capacity, then put dough in tray and spread with finger and give some rest , when the dough proof little again spread the dough in tray perftly.

Step5:- pressed the dough with figure as shown in photo, and brushwash with olive oil, and then garnishing with rosemary, herbs, garlic slice, onion slice , capsicum slice and press lightly with hand and keep dough for proofing.

Step6:- Bake in preheated oven at 200⁰c for 20-25 minutes.

Step7:- Brushwash with olive oil after baking…

Note :- Use focaccia Bread for making sandwich and for  normal use..
