About taramind and dates chutney:-

 Ingredients:- Dates , taramind, sugar , colour chilly powder, Black salt , water , colour Red pink, 

Preparation time:- 1-1.20 hours

Dates:-                               1kg

Taramind:-                       250gm

Sugar:-                              750gm

Colour chilly powder:-                           25-30 gm

Black salt:-                      15gm

Water:-                             750gm

Colour Red/pink:-.         As required

Curdemon powder:-     5gm (optional)

Gulabri flavour:-           1tsp(optional)

Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- Sabse pahle dates aur taramind ko 12 hours tak pani me fulla ke rakhenge . Phir Dono ko chan le 

Step2:- Ab dates ka seed nikal lenge aur dates ko mixer me daalker thoda pani milaker pees lenge ,phir peesay huye dates ko chan lenge .

Step3:- Phir taramind ko bhi mixer me pees lenge aur  stainer ke madad se uska sara gudda chaan  lenge .

Step4:- Ab eak bada sa pan le , usme dates aur taramind ka puree ,sugar , red chilli powder, black salt, water , pink Red colour daalker slow heat pe 30-45 minutes tak pakaye , aur esko wisk ki madad se chalate rahe taki neeche se jale nhi..

Step5:- Phir esko thanda kerke bowl me rakhker refrigerator me rakhe aur lambe samay tak serve kare .

Note:- Ager aap is chutney ka use samosa ke sath khane ke liye bana rahe hai to curdemon powder dale jo optional hai. Aur thoda khusbu chahte hai to gulabri daale.

Process of making-:  In English

Step1:- Keep dates and taramind seperately  in water for least 12 hours.

After 12 remove the seeds of both .

Step2:- Put Dates in mixer by adding a little water make it puree, and stain it 

Step3:- Now put taramind in mixer and make a puree.

Step4:- Take a big non-stick pan and put Dates puree, taramind puree, sugar , Red chilli powder, black salt, water , pink red colour and bake it at low heat for 30-45 minutes and keep wisking  properly…

Step5:- After 45 make it cool , store in closed box in refrigerator to keep it  fresh for many day’s..

Note :- Add cinnemon powder ,if you are serving this chutney with samosa it is optional, For good smell add gulabri which is also optiinal
