Ingredients:- Vanilla sponge, coffee syrup, mascarpone cheese ,icing sugar,
Recipe for coffee syrup:-
Coffee syrup:- 60 ml
Coffee liquor:- 2tsp
Brandy:- 60ml
Recipe for cream:-
Whip cream:- 720 gm
Icing sugar:- 25gm
Mascarpone cheese:- 226 gm
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle vanilla sponge lenge , phir usko 3 layer me cut karenge , aur sponge pe coffee syrup dalenge.
Step2:- Ab whip cream me mascarpone cheese aur icing sugar daalke mix karenge , phir cream ko sponge pe daalker layer karenge .
Step3:- Ab layer kerne ke baad usi cream se topping karenge .
Step4:- Topping kerne ke baad upper coco powder daalenge.
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First we take vanilla sponge and cut in threee layer and spread coffee syrup on all layers.
Step2:- Now add mix mascarpone and icing sugar in whip cream.
Step3:- Layer cake with mascarpone cheese cream..
Step4:- And also topping with mascarpone cream and at last stain the coco powder on top.
