Atta dry cake

INGREDIENTS:- 

250 gm JAGGERY 

¾ CUP WATER

1 CUP WHOLE Atta

1 TSP BAKING POWDER

½ TSP BAKING SODA

¼ CUP OIL

½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT

PROCESS OF MAKING:- 

1:- AT MEDIUM FLAME  COOK UNTIL JAGGERY DISSOLVE IN WATER, AND KEEP A SIDE.

2:- IN ANOTHER BOWL SIEVE ALL DRY INGREDIENTS.

3:- POUR THE DRY INGREDIENTS IN JAGUARY MIX AND MIX WELL .

4:- POUR THE BATTER, IN MOLD AND 

SPREAD TUTTI FRUTTI.

5:- FIRE UP THE STOVE AND 

PLACE A KADAI & PRE HEAT FOR 10 MIN.

6:- PLACE THE MOULD

AND BAKE FOR 35-40 MIN. IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT. AND CHECK AFTER 40 MINUTES WITH TOOTHPICK.
