BANANA BREAD RECIPE
Ingredients :-
2 to 3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Optional add-ins: 1/2 cup chopped nuts (such as walnuts or pecans), 1/2 cup chocolate chips, or 1/2 cup raisins
Process of making:-
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork or potato masher until smooth.
3. Add the melted butter to the mashed bananas and mix well.
4. Stir in the sugar, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
5. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring just until the flour is incorporated. Do not overmix.
7. If desired, fold in any optional add-ins, such as chopped nuts, chocolate chips, or raisins.
8. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan, spreading it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the banana bread from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes.
9. Carefully transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
