Blueberry pie


For filling:- 

Fresh blueberry:-         750 gm 

Sugar:-                             200 gm 

Chopped Apple:-           100 gm 

Lemon zest:-                   1 lemon 

Lemon juice:-                15 ml 

Cinnemon powder;-     1Tsp 

Corn flour:-                     12 gm 

Water:-                             30 ml 

For crust:- 

Flour:-                            400 gm 

Butter:-                           250 gm 

Icing sugar:-                  250 gm 

Milk:-                              As required

Process of making:- 

1:- In a pan take fresh blueberry and castor sugar , keep it at medium flame for ten minutes.

2:- Now add chopped Apple, lemon zeast, lemon juice, and cook for 5-7 minutes.

3:- Now mix corn flour in water and put it in pan, and cook until thick and keep in bowl to cool.

4:- Now in a bowl take icing sugar and butter make it Creamy and add flour, If dough feel tight then add milk.

5:- Now make a round sheet of dough and keep it in tart mold

6:- Now pour the blueberry mixture in tart and cook it preheated oven at 170⁰ for 15 to 20 minutes.
