Brioche bread is a type of bread made in France which looks like bread after making and like pastry after being ready. Brioche bread is also a type of the best bread. Brioche is much softer than other breads because more butter, more sugar and more eggs are added to it.

Due to this, this brioche bread becomes very light and so soft that if you press it from above, it will feel like foam. Due to the high amount of fat and eggs in brioche bread, its color also becomes great after baking. When the brioche bread is proofed, then before baking it is egg washed. And due to egg washing, the color becomes completely golden and this golden color adds beauty to the brioche.

Why is brioche bread so amazing?

Brioche bread tastes so good because a lot more butter, sugar and eggs are added to the bun than in normal bread. People serve brioche bread for breakfast or with ice cream. Brioche bread is also presented as a pastry. If pastry cream is filled inside brioche bread, it will not taste like bread at all.

Brioche bread is mixed like normal bread but when kneaded, its dough becomes very soft because more eggs are added to it and normal room temperature butter is applied little by little on it, and it is kneaded at slow speed. After kneading the brioche dough becomes so soft and smooth that it is not possible to make bread from it immediately.

Therefore, the dough for Brioche bread is kept in the deep freezer overnight and then it is used after at least 12 hours. Brioche has its own unique shape but in today’s modern times, people make Brioche bun, Brioche bread, Brioche ladi pav and many other types of breads from Brioche dough. Brioche was first made in France in 1404, at that time rum was also added to it. Rum is still added, the taste becomes even better with rum.

Refined flour:- Refined flour is a special ingredient of Brioche bread, without it the whole recipe is incomplete Sugar:– Sugar makes a nice layer in any dish and brings sweetness to any dish. Yeast:- Yeast works as a rising agent in any bread, any bread rises with the help of yeast. Butter:- Butter brings smoothness to any bread, due to which the bread becomes very soft. Eggs:- If egg is used in any dish, then its taste automatically increases, egg does a lot of work in any batter, egg plays a very big role in making it rise to making it tasty. Milk:– By adding milk instead of water in any bread, that dish, bread becomes even more delicious

How to store Brioche Bread:-

After cooking the Brioche bread, let it cool down completely, then put it in a plastic bag and seal it, then put it in the refrigerator and you can use it for about seven days.

How to serve Brioche Bread :-

Brioche is used in both bread and pastry departments, it is also served in Powder sugar by dipping it in it and in pastries it is served by filling it with pastry cream.

BRIOCHE BREAD RECIPE :-

Baking temperature:– 200० C

Baking time :-10 -12 minutes

Process of making Brioche Bread:-

1:- In a bowl, put the yeast in some warm milk and mix it well.

2 Now put flour, sugar, salt, gluten, improver in a large bowl and mix well. Now put it in a spiral mixer. Now put yeast milk and egg in the mixer and knead for 2-3 minutes on slow speed and then increase the speed until the flour becomes completely smooth.

3. When the flour becomes completely smooth, apply little unsalted butter on the flour with your hands and keep mixing.

4. Now when the flour becomes completely smooth, place it in a greased tray, wrap it with plastic and keep it in the deep freezer for at least 10 hours.

5:– Now to make brioche bread, take out the dough from the fridge and keep it at room temperature. When the flour comes to room temperature, then cut it as per your requirement.

6: If there is a different type of mould for brioche, then give the shape of brioche in that mould and put it in the mould and keep it for proofing.

7:– When the bread is proofed, give it an egg wash. For egg wash, take an egg in a bowl, add some milk to it and then wash it with the help of a brush.

8: – Now bake the brioche bread in a preheated oven at 190⁰c for 10 to 12 minutes.

9:- After it cools down completely, eat it in dinner or by filling it with pastry cream.
