Cheese garlic bread eak prakar ka bread hota hai , jisme garlic chase aur butter ki bharpur matra hoti hai garlice bread banane ke time dough me garlice aur cheese add kiya jata hai, waise kai jagho pe garlic bread banane ke liye special garlic bread hota hai , lekin kai jagho pe garlic bread ko french baguette , ciabatta ya sourdough bread se banaya jata hai. Cheese garlic bread ko warm, hot , cold teeno tarah se serve kiya jata hai, Garlic bread ko pakane se pahle uske upper cheese dalal jata hai.

Ingredients:- flour , sugar , salt , , gluten , Improver , yeast , oil ,brown garlic small dice, cheese .
Recipe:-
Flour:- 1 kg
Sugar:- 120 gm
Salt:- 20 gm
Brown garlic- 2tsp
Gluten:- 7gm
Improver:- 7 gm
Yeast:- 25-30 gm
Cheese:- 150 hm
Oil:- 50 gm
Water:- 450-500 m
Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle Flour , sugar , salt , brown garlic , gluten , Improver , yeast ko eak bowl me lenge
Step2:- Phir bowl me pani daalker ya spiral mixer me daalker dough kneading karenge, phir oil add karenge , aur dough ko smooth hone tak kneading karenge.
Step3:- Jab dough smooth ho jaye to dough ko mixer se nkal ke phir use 180-200 gm ka cut kare, phir dough ko 10-12 inch lamba shape de , phir greadsed kiye huye tray me rakhe , aur proffing hone ke liye rakh denge.
Step4:- Jan bread proffing ho jaye to uspe water spray marke uspe garlic aur grading kiya hua cheese dale.
Step5:- preheated oven me 200⁰c pe 15-20 minutes bake kare.

Step1:- First take Flour , sugar , salt , cinnemon powder , gluten , Improver , yeast , butter , milk powder , Raisin in a bowl.
Step2:- By adding water in bowl or in spiral mixer knead the dough, add oil and knead the dough until become soft and smooth.

Step3:- When dough become smooth, take it out from mixer and keep on table , and cut the dough 180-200 gm . Make the dough like baguette upto 10-12 in long and keep in Greased tray and keep it for proffing
Step4:- when bread proffed spray water and spread chopped garlic and process cheese
