Brownie ko kai tarah se banaya jata hai jaise fudgy and cakey. brownie me taste lane ke liye usme tarah – tarah ke chocolate ,nuts , dala jata hai.Aur frosting kerne ke liye ganache, cream cheese , hazelnut, peanut ka use kiya jata hai.
Brownie ko log icecream ke sath, ya garam brownie ke uper garam chocolate syrup ke sath icecream lena pasand kerte hai, Brownie restaurant ,cafe, coffee house ki shan hota hai.
Pahli baar 1896 me Brownie ki recipe Boston cooking school ke book me eska wardan hua tha. 1899 me Brownie ki recipe machiss cookbook me print hua tha, Marie kalley jo whitewater ki thi jinhone eski official recipe taiyar ki thi.

Flour:-                                    720 gm
Butter:-                                   500 gm
Chocolate:-                             750 gm
Sugar:-                                    1 kg
Eggs:-                                      12 Nos
Vanilla essence:-                   2tsp
Coco powder:-                        30 gm

• 300 gm Hazelnut (Optional)
• 300 gm peanut (Optional)

Process of making:- In Hindi
Step1:- sabse pahle Normal temperature butter aur sugar ko stand mixer me daalker acche se mix karenge .
Step2:- Jab butter egg me mix ho jaye to usme egg one bye one dale aur mix kerte rahe .
Step3:- Jab egg acche se mix ho jaye to usme melt dark chocolate daale , phir usme flour, coco powder , vanilla essence, daalke thoda mila le.
Step4:- Ab greased kiye huye tray me butter paper lagake , batter ko bharenge .phir tray ko thoda ptak denge taki ander me air na rahe.
Step5:- preheated oven me 170⁰ pe 40-45 minutes bake kare.
Process of making:- In English
Step1:- First take butter and sugar in bowl and mix well untill sugar dissolves.
Step2:- When suger mixed in butter , then add egg one by one and mix well.
Step3:- When eggs mix well ,then add melted dark chocolate add then add  flour , coco powder , Vanilla essence.
Step4:- Now put the batter in a baking tray by using butter paper.
Step5:- Bake at 170 ⁰c preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
