Ingredients:- cream cheese, sugar, fresh cream, condensed milk, salt , flour , vanilla essence.
Heat for baking :- 155⁰c – 160⁰c,.  325⁰F.
Baking time:- 70- 85 minutes.
Recipe:-  For cheese cake batter 
Cream cheese:-                  600gm gm
Fresh cream:-                    210 gm
Castor sugar:-                    90 gm
Salt:-                                    2pinch
Condensed milk:-             80gm
Vanilla essence:-               Few drops
Flour:-                                55-60 gm
Recipe:- ( For the crust) 
Biscuit:-                              510 gm
Butter:-                              240 ml
Honey:-                             120-130 gm
Process of making:- In Hindi

Step1:- • Sabse pahle cream cheese, fresh cream , condensed milk ko refrigerator se nikal ke bahar room temperature me rakhenge.

• uske baad  silver foil se mold ko bahar aur neeche ki taraf se wrap ker denge uper ka hissa chodar taki baking kerne ke time pani ander na jaye
• phir biscuit ka crush karenge usme melt butter aur honey daalke acche se mila lenge , phir mold me biscuit butter honey ka mixture daal ke crust taiyar ker lenge 

Step2:- Ab cream cheese ko stand mixer or planetary mixer me daalker beat karenge aur thoda thoda kerke suger dalte rahenge , jab tak cream eakdam fulky na ho jake aur sugar melt na ho jaye tab tak beat kerte rahe .

Step3:- Ab condensed milk ko add kare aur 1-2 minutes tak medium speed pe mix karte rahe .

Step4:- Ab vanilla essence , fresh cream , aur salt dale.

Step5:- Ab last me flour ko daal ke 30 second tak mix kare.

Step6:- Ab batter ko chan le aur mold me bhare .

Step7:- Preheated oven me 160-165⁰c pe double boiler method se 70-85 minutes bake kare.

Step8:- Cream Cheesecake bake hone ke baad 1 hours tak refrigerator me rakhe phir serve kare.

Process of making:- In English

Step1:- First keep cream cheese, fresh cream, condensed milk out of refrigerator for to bring it in room temperature.

Wrap the cheese cake baking ring mold from under with silver foil.

Crush the biscuit and add butter and honey and mix well and make crust in cheesse cake baking ring.

Step2:- Now put the cream cheese in stand mixer or planetary mixer and beat by castor sugar little by little until suger melt and cream become flapy.

Step3:- Add condensed milk and beat for 1-2 minutes

Step4:- Add vanilla essence , salt , and fresh cream.

Step5:- At last add flour and mix at medium speed for 30 second.

Step6:- stain the batter .

Step7:- Bake in preheated oven at 160-165 for 70-85 minutes by  double boiler method.

Step8:- Refrigerate the cheese cake atlest one hours after baking.
