Chocolate brownie 


Butter :-                    250 gm 

Chocolate:-              380 gm 

Egg:-                         6 Nos 

Castor Sugar:-        500 gm 

Salt:-                       1/2 pinch 

Flour:-                   360 gm 

Coco powder:-     20 gm 

Chocolate essences:- Few drops 

Process of making:- 

1:- First melt butter and chocolate in microwave or double boiler.

2:- Now beat sugar and egg …

3:- Add melted butter and chocolate in egg mixture.

4:- Add flour, Coco powder and mix .

5:- Now greased mold and put  percament paper .

6:- Pour the batter in mold and bake preheated oven at 180⁰c for 35 to 40 minutes.
