Egg Buns Recipe 

Milk:-                  350 ml 

Yeast:-                 18 gm 

Sugar:-                100 gm 

Egg:-                     100 gm 

oil:-                      120 ml 

Flour:-                 1 kg 

Salt:-                     10 gm 

For egg wash 

Egg:-                     1 Nos 

Milk:-                   50 ml

Process of making:- 

1:- In a bowl take milk , yeast , and sugar and mix well.

2:- Now add oil , flour , salt and mix well , untill dough become smooth.

3:- Keep dough for 60 minutes rest in greased bowl.

4:- After rest cut the dough into desire weight.

5:- Give a shape like in image.

6:- Proff it for 45 minutes.

7:- wash with egg , and spread sesame and poppy seed. 

8:- Bake in preheated oven at 180⁰ for 20-25 minutes.
