brunoise cut ka size 3mm hota hai aur eska shape cube ke jaisa hota hai, eska use soup banane me kiya jata hai.

Es cutting me bade leaves ko cut kiya jata hai, jo ki fine slice name se bhijana jata hai jaise ki basil leaves .
