1. SABSE PAHLE BLENDER MIXER ME BISCUITS, BUTTER , HONEY DAAL KE BLEND KARENGE JABTAK CRUMBS KE FORM ME N AA JAYE.AUR PHIR MOULD ME DAAL KE LEVEL KER LENGE .
2. AB STAND MIXER ME CHEESE AUR SUGAR KO DAAL KE MIX KARENGE JAB TAK , SUGAR MELT NA HO JAYE ,AB ESME WIPPING CREAM ADD KARENGE .PHIR ESME EGG KO ONE BY ONE KERKE DALENGE , AB ESME YOGURT , LEMON ZEST , VANILLA ESSENCE DAAL KE MIX KARENGE , PHIR ESME CORNSTARCH DAAL KE THODA SA MIX KARENGE .
3. AB MOULD ME DAALKER 160 DEGREE PE 45 SE 55 MINUTES TAKE BAKE KARENGE.
