United States and Canada ko chodkar adhiktar english countries me isko biscuit ke naame se jana jata hai, cookies ko tarah tarah aakar ka banaya jata hai. Cookies aaj ke samay me bade paimane pe factory me banaye ja rahe hai ,lekin locol bakery me me fresh tazze cookies mil jayenge, Cookies ko eak baar bana ke kafi din tak tak store kiya ja sakta hai. Traveling ke dauran cookies kafi kaam aata hai.

Baking temperature:- 170⁰c
Baking timing:- 20-30 minutes
Ingredients:- Butter , icing sugar , flour , milk powder , milk , baking powder , baking soda , jeera( cumin) , salt .
Recipe:-
Butter:- 1000gm
Icing sugar:- 500gm
Flour:- 1500gm
Milk powder:- 100 gm
Milk:- 50 gm
Baking powder:- 1tsp
Baking soda:- 1/2 Tsp
Jeera( cumin):- 30gm
Salt:- 20gm
Process of making :- In Hindi
Step1:- Sabse pahle butter aur icing sugar ko pleantry mixer me daal ke mix karenge , jab tak sugar buttter me mix na ho jaye . Yadi mixer na ho to hath se he kare.
Step2:- Jab sugar mix ho jaye to usme flour , milk powder , milk , baking powder , baking soda , jeera salt daalke mix kare.
Step3:- Jab dough acchi tarah mix ho jaye to use mixerr se nikal le aur table pe belker cookies cutter se kaat le aur clean tray me rakhe.
Step4:- Ab preheated oven me 170⁰c pe 20-30 minutes bake kare.

Step1:- First take butter and icing sugar and put in pleantry mixer and mix untill suger mixed in butter .
Step2:- when sugar mixed well in butter then add flour milk powder , baking powder , baking soda , jeera ( cumin) and mix well.
Step3:- When dough mixed well , then take out the dough from mixer and keep on table and make a sheet with roller and cut with. Cookies cutter , and put in clean clean tray.
Step4:- Bake in preheated oven at 170⁰c for 23-30 minutes
